Hello Ray,

I cant offer any advice or opinion regarding the towsure model,

Check with the manufacture as to their recommendation on battery size, but in many cases an 85Ah battery is fine for movers especially on smaller caravans, but it is essential it is in good condition.

Hi Ray

Generally the mover is fitted in front of the wheels and the spare wheel carrier is behind, so it depends if there are any obstructions in front. It is preferable to fit the mover in front of the wheels so it doesn't get sprayed with water and mud when on the road. In my case, Bailey Pageant, there were blown air pipes in front so the fitter asked if I wanted these moved or the spare wheel carrier removed and the mover fitted behind. I chose the latter as the wheel carrier is a pain to get to if you need to change a wheel anyway. I found there was already a well in the front gas locker to take the spare and I was able to relocate the wheel there without overloading the nose weight limit - although some people do have problems keeping the nose weight down.

should be ok in front of the wheels there doesn't seem to be any obstructions,as far as the battery is concerned it should be sufficiant as the 'van hasn't got to go far just up a kerb[crossovers] then a few yards on to a hard standing next to the garage, although the fitter has suggested i connect the mains to the hook up on the garage to keep the battery topped up while moving the van in position, thanks for the input folks.

Ray on no account leave the van connected to mains when using the mover it can fry your PSU/van charger

This is also stated in the powr touch user manual

thanks for that advise tony,i did think having the mains connected when moving the van with a mover was a bit dodgy,if the worse came to the worse i will have to upgrade the battery but i don't envisage any probs, thanks again.
