whilst I know people get cars sprayed every day, how common is giving the caravan a freshen up - paint wise, mine has that dated faded off white colour, any idea how much this would cost....

if its just fadeed get some t-cut and rub it well in till it starts to go black then wipe it off its hard work but it works dont forget to use a good wax polish after the front of our 2005 abbey fades and this works well for me

BE VERY CAREFUL with "T" cut as the paint on the van's is nowhere as thick as what gets put onto a car:

Caravan paint thickness = 23 (+/- 3) microns

caravan paint thickness

Car paint can vary from 90 microns to 180 microns depending on manufacture & can be even thicker !

sproket your information boggles me if i did not know t cut would work i would not recomend it i paint cars and caravans after accedents this will work but you must use common sence as with everythig else hope you do not take this as an insult because its not intended as such

No problem !

Not every body knows what "T" cut will do, in the right hands & someone who knows what they are doing it's excellent, as you say you do it for a living....

All i am doing is making them aware of how thin the paint is
