Hi All

Does anyone know of any good sites in Derbyshire or thereabouts, for a family touring holiday, us plus two kids 7 & 5, and two well behaved labradors.

Been to Callow Top, Rivendale and Golden Valley and would like to experience some others.

Would like if poss a serviced pitch cause the idea of constant running water and drainage sounds great and i'm all equiped for that now.

Possibly near Matlock area but anything considered

Thanks in Anticipation

Hi Davie

Not that I have been there, but have read come great reports about http://www.lickpennycaravanpark.co.uk/ The Peak District is an area we have camped and caravanned a lot in the past, but do not know of any other site with service pitches.

Cheers

Dave

Hi Davie

I have been to Lickpenny a few time and they do have some fully serviced pitches. Two nice toilet blocks. Some of the pitches have excellent views over the valley towards Matlock. The owners are very helpfull. Lickpenny is near Tansley just a few miles from Matlock.
