Thats the thetford C250 toilet board , as you can just see the red wire is a the LHS , and the flush switch centre

The flush plug should go on the rhs.

To test it see if you have 12v+ on the red and the first black wire. When the pump plug is connected check the voltage on the blue/brown wires when the switch is pressed
