Carlyon Bay

Hi, called in last year while staying at Sea View International near Mevagissey. There was a lot of redevelopment works going on around the beach area at Carlyon, so could be an idea to see if this is completed. Hopes this helps.

We stayed at carylon for 19 nts last august and had a great time the site is lovely and very clean. We had a super pitch which was enormous. Great little park if you have kids. It is quite a hike to the beach which was being redeveloped last summer there are quite a few steps down to it also. Great places to visit in the surrounding area especially the Eden Project Mavigassey is also lovely. If you need any further info please let me know otherwise I hope you enjoy your stay the only down side to ours was my 12yr old fell over a small fence as there is very little lighting at night and a cutting off a tree stump went into his leg and we ended up a truro hospital with tetnus and stitches and him on a walking stick for the remainder of the holiday, but as I said previously definatly work a stay and we would go back again.
