carp lake near skegness area

hi were off to a CL near to skegness in a week or so. my OH is a carp fisherman and i wondered if anyone on here knows of any good carp lakes where you can catch carp with boilles?.

any advise welcome

it is a nice one is sycamore lakes there are a few others a bit further a field if he doesn't mind traveling a bit have a look at windmill ponds at ingoldmells and there is a good carp lake burgh-le-marsh the name of which escapes me but it worth a look when your down there.

best thing to do would be to take 1 carp rod,and 1 bait caster. Buy a box of squid, and a flat lead, wait 4 hours before high water and cast off the beach ito about 10" of water. Wait a little while and catch yourself a few Dabs or Flounder for your tea, and it does not get any fresher than that.
