.....because one of the first things the fire brigade do when attending an incident involving a caravan is to go to it's gas locker and remove the cylinder. (providing the crew deem it safe to do so)
The notice would then tell them there is another cylinder.
They also disconnect the battery.

Some DIYers add second batteries away from the battery box.
Similarly a sign in the battery box should warn of this (IMO)
The LPG stickers are put on the external of the door (exterior or internal gas locker doors) so it makes the emergency service aware, the more time they are faffing around looking in every cupboard just incase increases their risk.

Take other vehicles carrying gasses, fules etc all stickers are external, this is for the reason

I see a lot of caravans and Motorhomes and have never seen an extra sticker (gas locker or battery box) stating there is another bottle or battery in the vehicle. I can’t say that I have ever seen a dedicated sticker in shops either
