Having problem with hot water, when tap opened, water not flowing throughto fill water tank,been told it may be none return valve,but dont know what it looks like.
 
What age of van and what inlet?

If it is a Crystal inlet, the non return valve is built into the spigot on the inside of the van where the water pipe connects.

The van is a Vanroyce535 1997,has a carver cascade rapide water heater.
