Michelle, worst come to worst, I can fully overhaul your Fanmaster and send it back with a 12 month warranty for a lot less than a second hand one of dubious history!

However, what's wrong with yours? if it's stopped blowing hot on mains electric? then have you found and pressed the reset switch?
