Chichester Caravans

With so many posts bemoaning the caravan dealers, I wish to post a complement. Following our return to caravanning and buying a used Abbey GTS 215 from the Uckfield branch, we traded in the Abbey for a new Sterling Opal earlier this year. During both transactions, their sales manager, Charles was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and was dealt with by a smile and courtousy.

WE had a minor problem with a locker door and we called in on the way back from a few days at Normanshust CC site. The workshop team dealt with it immediatly and in very good humour whist Charles plied us with coffee. Well done Chichester Caravans, Uckfield Branch.

Likewise their Nutbourne branch (which is actually near Chichester!!! so near you can see Chichester catheral spire!)

I have nothing but praise for Russell & his team, they've helped me on many occaisions

I suppose there is always someone that had a problem and that had to be me, but as you say the hand over etc was good but the person who pumped up my new Chineese tyres put about 10 lb in more than it should, which made it impossible to use the new Caravan mover until i found out about the pressure ,and the Shin Trailblazer tyres , one had a sidewall blowout and the other has the tread cracking, so have had to get new one.
