CL in Cambridge

Little lad needs to visit Addenbrooks Hospital in July and I am trying to find an quiet CL close by with good ammenities ( Shower / electric etc). I am aware of the main CC site but not keen on it. Any suggestions or recommendations please.

yeah, there are a couple but just wanted / hoped some one would recommend a quiet corner as being a bit of an oasis

Can highly recommend Beckbrook Farm at Madingley (CC CL listed under Cambridge). This is on the north side of Cambridge (opposite to Addenbrookes unfortunately), but is a little gem. Well kept and feels secure, in a private setting. There are no hookups here, but this is a delightful little oasis tucked in beside the owners woodland, and is easily accessible from the A14/M11 junction. Just follow signs to 'Madingley' and the farm entrance is on the right after half a mile. If you want rural seclusion with easy access, this is it. Hope it helps.

About 2 miles from the M11 is Comberton which has a commercial site and this site is extremely well suited to all kinds of campers.

It is very handy for Cambridge and Addenbrookes
