CL warwickshire area required

Hi everyone, im looking for a CL or CS in warwickshire that i could use on weekends but still easy enough for me to do school run.
it must have electric, waste water, toilet emp point and an actual toilet.

Went to this one a few years ago http://www.croftguesthouse.co.uk/ was very nice, but was under the flight path for the airport. Good access to the canal network, Warwick, Stratford etc.
