I have just spent the last 2 weeks at Stowford Farm Meadows & can not believe that so many people did not know that after emptying the liquid from the cassette, that the pouring spout can be removed to get rid of any paper clogging the outlet.
If I had charged £5 a time to show people I could have paid for my holiday

Sorry I can not show any pictures on here but here goes
Rotate the outlet spout 180 degrees from the housed position and when the lugs line up lift out
Lining the lugs up is trial & error but when they line up the spout comes away from the main body of the cassette allowing you to give the cassette a thorough clean inside
Simples

Here are some Photos of how to remove the spout, it needs to be as far round as in photo two & a gentle pull up will remove it from the cassette.
When putting the spout back in, press down as you turn it back round....

Why did you mask out the hole in picture 4?

What are you hiding in there!

It sounds like the blade is not being closed properly & sealing ..........
What type / model is fitted to your van ?
Have a look here at a possible solution ?

Here it is on the spout,
Do not lube the 'O' ring, you don't want it wagging about all over
