cleaning windows

I have a new caravan coming at around Easter time. and ask why do dealers buff the windows as these scratch, so could I request to the dealer that my caravan windows do not get cleaned as my last two vans have had new have scratched windows and my last dealer was very rude when I brought it up with him, thanks

Why not just ask the dealer? The problem you may face is that the message didn't get down to the workshop team.
