Coachman "satisfaction notification"

Is there such a thing? Damp was found in our 2019 Coachman 575 VIP at the last service. Then our dealer closed. We eventually found a workshop, Nene Court at Raunds. We know for a fact that they have not done all the work stated. Now we have an invoice (after much chasing) and a "satisfaction notification" which we are supposed to sign and send back to Nene Court for them to countersign and supposedly send to Coachman. They kept the caravan for a month btw.

Never heard of anything like it.
Reading your post I get the distinct impression your not happy and from what you say I wouldn't be either. Sounds very dodgy!
Best advice don't sign anything you're not happy about. If you're a member of one of the Clubs get onto they're legal departments for advice.

Well, now I know from Coachman that they do require a signed document. Husband will phone Nene Court today and I will find out about the legal issues.

You often find insurance companies require a signed customer satisfaction letter so they are able to settle the invoice with the repairer
