cofton house-dawlish

just wondering if anyone had stopped at cofton house caravan park,i`m hoping to make it my main holiday for this year, but i`d appreciate some feed back first, especially as it`ll take about 8 hours to drive there

cheers

hi mick

weve been here several times when the kids were smaller(all grown up now)and thoroughly enjoyed the site.you can walk into dawlish which is a lovely place, there's a station at star cross if you want to venture on the train.some loveley walks and plenty for the kids.beaches are not as good as cornwall,in fact some of them are terrible.only downside is they really do pack them in there and it can be a bit of a mare at times.facilities were ok but could have been done with upgrading.mate was there last year and said it hadn't changed much.all in all its a lovely site, especially if you like fishing
