Hi

I am on a seasonal pitch and have been asking for the tap post to be moved for months.
It ended up snapping due to me having to force it out of the way to empty the toilet.

I turned up last night (I live in the van during the week for work) and found .... (see attached)

Hello and Welcome to the forum,

I could not see any attachment on your posting, but before trying to re-send it, I do advise you to read the forum rules about posting anything where you might have an ongoing dispute with seller or service provider.

Welcome to the forum. Couldn’t you have moved the van away from the original service post, or is the pitch that tight?

I have upgraded from a sterling europa 390 2 berth to a brand new unicorn vigo.

Otherwise I would have had the brains to move it 6inches if I could !!

 Doesn't the Vigo move?

Have you tried talking to the site management?

What's the problem with moving the caravan slightly?

From OP's initial post I am puzzled why it was so close to the original stand pipe in the first place, and for months too!

Is the caravan yours or are you just renting or borrowing it?

Was the pipework there before the caravan arrived or did whoever put it on site just get too far back.?

I thought the site handyman installed the new post whilst the OP was already sited? A bit of a storm on a teacup. Just move the caravan forward😜😜

I think the site Handy man has a grudge against you Lodger. Just move your caravan. Surley not that hard. The Honey bucket must be getting really full by now.
