Compass poer to lighting circuit

hi everyone im new here and could do with some pointers
weve got a 2009 compass rallye 636
weve got power going to the 240v Sockets but nothing to the lighting or fridge (either 12 or 240v)
theres power going in and out of the mcb but im not sure where to check next
the power switch on the entrance is on and the one on the zig but no leds showing
is there more fuses somewhere ????

Do you have an alarm fitted?

If you do and its a Sargent you may find if the battery goes flat or is
disconnected the alarm knocks the 12v out until the alarm is reset and then disarmed

I followed the 240v power to the charger unit , power in but not out so on checking the battery its nearly flat , ive connected up a car battery charger and it all works lights an all
ive bought a new module just need to check the batterys ok before fitting it
do people generally leave there caravans connected as i do as its on my drive and i run a small dehumidifier through the winter ???

Have you checked the fuse box ( next to water tank )
