Connect tap hose to water feed

Hi all. I presume I need a 12mm pipe insert for the rubber hot and cold water feeds, but what connector would I need for the metal 15mm tap hose?

Im basically trying to connect my 12mm water feed rubber hoses to these tap hoses. Can anyone suggest a connector?

I don’t understand the 15mm tap hose, taps might have 2 tails which I think are 6 or 8 mm.

Converters are available for all. Best going to a plumber merchants and the can supply all your needs.
