The latest is........Well it just gets worse, In late November i got a letter from the finance company saying they would sell the caravan in 14 days unless they got a reply, Fortunatly i had lined up a solicitor in Leeds who specialise in these sorts of situations, So straight away i instructed them to sort this mess out. I went in person and handed the guy with all the documents i had collected including the latest from the finance company regarding selling the caravan, His reply was no problem it was the run of the mill letter and not to worry but it would be a long drawn out case, In February i had not even a letter from the solicitors regarding any progress on the case so i deceided to call into the office and was horrified to hear he had forgoten all about the case and could not understand how it had passed through all the procedures in place to stop these things happening. 3 weeks later i called again into the office and was told he was in court but his receptionist would phone me back that day, Well no call, So im in the brown stuff even more now. I now need a new solicitor to sue that solicitor, Trading standards who got involved earlier on in the matter told me to write to a senior partner in the firm but its well over a week now and not even a phone call.
