Cracked front panel

Washed the caravan off today after new year away to find a crack by the offside grab handle.

I had a crack in the corner of the locker door a few months ago which was repaired under warranty at the 1st service.

Now a second crack has appeared, do you think I should insist on a new front panel?

The caravan an Abbey Vogue 495 was new oct 2006 so just over a year old

Kath, your response is very much appreciated and im so pleased that "my caravan manafacture" is taking an interest and helping its customers, like you have been doing for a while now on this forum.

Should I not contact Highbrige caravans first as how I understand it my contract is with them, or if you say its ok come straight to yourselves?

Once again thank you so much for your response (on a sunday as well)and look forward to the problem being resolved as swiftly (no pun intended)

Highbridge will not mind you talking to us I can assure you. If you ring us it will help us identify your van and then we will contact Highbridge and discuss a way forward with them.

Its good to see Kath from Swift Group on the ball again so I think your problem will be resolved. I buy my vans from Highbridge and took delivery of my present van the same time as you took yours. I can vouch for Highbridge the are A+. Please keep us informed of how you get on. JTS
 
Thanks for your comments JTS, Highbridge have been very good so far with the bits and pieces ive had done to the van, including a crack in the front locker door. Will let you know what the outcome is
