if possible have the test drives all in the same day, going fresh from one drive to another, i found helped in the comparison.

i test drove a CRV, Xtrail, and the Forester, all on the same day. The forester had the best engine, but the xtrail the best package, (for MY needs), the CRV which i had high hopes for was a disappointment engine wise, being no better than my old xtrail

craig, i have a 57 plate santa fe cdx 7 auto. great tow car and very reliable. it tows our bailey senator 2008 wyoming no probs. if your going up a steep hill just push it over to the tiptronic box and drive it manually. mine also has the self lev and it does make a difference but i still check my tow ball weight before i leave the storage.

what colour did you go for and was it manual or auto?. mine silver with the privacy windows and leather etc.
