dealers are rubbish

went away on holiday after picking up the van after repairs,

they said they would wash van after we asked because they didnt do it on service

any way noticed every window to be scratched and all in the same place at the same hight

also the body work ,dont know if they used a grit brush or what but they made a brillent job of it non the less,van goes in for repairs and comes out scratched to hell

we could bring this up and ask them to sort the scratches out but i know we will get told that we did it on trees or something

Give a clue as to the dealer. Did you complain before you left the dealer's premises? If so what did they say? If not why not?

I know some dealers have bad reputations.

hi ,we only noticed the scratches after we picked it up and were on holiday.

rang today which they said they dont wash windows so they couldnt of done it and we must of done it against some bushes or something,what a surprise
 
Sorry, but I wouldn't really expect a wash up to be done on the service. I would be more interested in the brakes, gas equipment, electrics etc being checked thoroughly.

However, if you requested this, and paid for it, then you surely have cause for complaint. Trees don't make the same type of scratches that grit does.

when you pay all the money for a service and the dealers are as bad as ours you fight for everything including washing the van that we paid for,as you can see they cant even wash a van without scratching it so i woulnt be surprised if the brakes fail and we get gassed and it sets alight
