Denmark and Legoland

Hi there, we are looking for any ideas and suggestions for Denmark, best sites etc, places to see and do, I think we would travel with DFDS from Harwich to Esjberg, we intend to go to Legoland whilst there. we have two children age 4 and 5, we prefer good quality sites with immaculate shower and toilet facilities aswell as electric hook up, hardstanding pitch etc. not to bothered about entertainment, probably more of a peaceful site, if we decide to go its likely to be next year around July / August time. Your comments will be much appreciated, many thanks Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

I would suggest a campsite in west Jutland such as Hvidbjerg Strand - a 5 star campsite near Blavand - approx 45 min drive from Esbjerg. Legoland is approx 45 min drive east of Esbjerg and is easily reachable for a day trip from Blavand. There are fantastic beaches in west Jutland and plenty to do and see. The weather in summer is generally much better than the UK. Denmark really is a lovely friendly country - well worth a visit.
