Hi,
There was an article in the Saturday Telegraph about new EU rules on driving licences for diabetics .... like a lot of diabetic drivers will be banned.. According to the article, DVLA are enforcing the new regulations more enthusiastically than other EU states, even though they have not yet been intoduced.
And thats all I know. Maybe a Google will bring something up.
