I think you can buy some sort of extension thingy, my friend has an hgv licence and she has the same problem and bought something but I don't know exactly what it's called.

2, Superglue your driving shooes to the pedals

Speak to a local car converter who would fit aids and adaptions to cars for people with disabilities. It is a fairly common problem. If somone else is likly to drive it with less delicate tootsies make sure that it is easy to remove.
