Dog friendly beaches

Hello all

we started caravaning 4 years ago when our dog then passed away.We have now got a new puppy ,who is 8 months now and we are eager to take her on her first trip in the van and would like to take her to the coast and walk her on the beach.The problem is we have no idea what beaches you are now allowed to take dogs and if their are any that can be used all year round.Can any dog lovers like ourselves help.

We look on the tourist information site of the place we intend to visit & see when & where dogs are allowed.
 
you don't say where you are from, or are hoping to visit, if you are coming to cumbria i can tell you loads of dog friendly beaches and caravan sites close to them, regards mark
