Dometic fridge RM7371L

Does not seem to work on 12 volt. It is fine on 240 and gas. Any suggestions.

It will only work on 12v when connected to the car with the engine running.

I have dual plugs and sockets.

Black for the lights etc.

Grey for the fridge. The Green light is on when the car is running and fridge on 12volt.
