The only thing I know about the CL's directly near Dover is they are constantly moving with people going to and from the ferries.

If you want a nice CL I would phone and ask specifically if they have a lot of ferry traffic 24/7.

We are staying at a CL (cant remember the name) and we know that it is purely for ferry traffic which is good for us going to France.
