Baking in the van? I think not! 😱hmy: However it is years since I had a simnel cake: I will get OH onto it at home. Thanks for the recipe.

Someone on our Facebook page suggested chocolate cornflake cakes, which might be an easy form of baking in your van. Hot cross buns from the local supermarket sound like a super idea, though!

You can brown the mashed potato under the grill for a nice finish, it's nice savoury man food that's quick and easy to cook.
