Roberta, I stayed at this site for a short 4 night break 18mnts ago. The pegs where very close together and children on bikes riding inbetween the vans. The site also has statics and long term sited tourers. I found the latter a bit unkempt with all kind of things stored under vans and quite a few with wooden pallets as pathways. Must be muddy in the wet? The office staff where forever telling the kids off for riding bikes near the entrance barrier with apperently no effect. It was an Ideal base for us, as we walked into Lytham, approx 1.5 miles, every day with the dog and covered probably 9 miles or so during the day.

If I where to visit the arear again, I would use the CC site at Blackpool and drive into Lytham, not keen on Blacpool itself.

We used this site as a last minute booking as there where vacacies. Can't remember the month, but the kids must have been off school as there where plenty off the little darlings!!!!

Wash facilities where OK and it also has a small shop for bits and bats.

Try this site for more reviews.

Hope that helps.
