Electronic Ignighter Spinflo

I have just purchased a 1997 ABI Morningstar , it has a spinflo cook top and oven . It has an electric ignighter button that clicks but does not light the burners. I can manually light the burners, oven and grill but no luck with the button . Can anyone help please.
 
Although you can hear i ticking can you see a spark at the burners. If not follow the wires and it may be arking on to a pipe or something similar , if it is pul the wire away and it should spark at the burner and light.
