If it's the curved blind at the front then:
Only 6 screws and a lot of juggling to get it free. It's screwed into loose wooden blocks behind the facia a totally rubbish way of doing it as nothing is solid hence everything moves as you try to get it out.
String is broken, runs from top right to bottom left along the handle and top left to bottom right along the handle making a sort of H shape.
The top of the blind is held into the frame by three spring clips that fit into the 3 slots on the top
Sprung at the top
and badly fixed at the bottom.
I am replacing both cords as I feel the other may go sooner rather than later.
Make a note where the string runs as it crosses over itself, if you get it wrong it won't work.
The spring acts as a tensioner so is only attached at one end to the string as in picture one. It will take a couple of attempts to get the tension right.
It's easiest to just replace the string as whatever is there now will be to short to work with.
