Hi guy's in new to the group I'm looking a bit of advice I bought a secondhand emove motormover when it's powered up 1 of the movers is making a buzzing noise but no movement any advice would be great thanks.

Is it fitted yet to the caravan? If it is it could be something simple like a poor battery connection wire within the battery terminals. iE not clamped tight in the terminal.
Yes it fitted to the van the fella, that's fitting it has try the connection alread.
Your description of "buzzing" concerns me. The system is 12V dc operated and that should mean there is no way any of the components should buzz.
If it isn't the battery connections, and assuming all the other wires have been correctly installed, then it will either be the control board or the motor.
To help identify if the problem is the circuit board or the motor, if you disconnect the wires for motors at the circuit board, and swap the right hand motor over with the left hand one and try again.
If the same motor buzzes then the fault is with the motor, or if the other motor now buzzes, then its the circuit board.
Perhaps it was being sold second hand becasue it was faulty? It might be worth checking with the person who sold it you.

From your description it seems like there is a couple of possible things wrong.
It may be broken or worn carbon brushes, or it could be a seized motor or a seized gearbox, or a broken shear pin on the roller.
Whichever it is it is going to have to be removed and stripped down to isolate the actual problem.
