The same guy forecast the same thing a few years back.I suppose he will be right eventually. As for the footy, looking forward to it,probably because my team cant be relegated.Man U should see off Blackpool,Spurs beat Brum and Stoke should beat Wigan, who to be honest, wont be missed. What are you worried about?
I can assure you last night was ineed "the end of the world" The motown band playing down the club was poor, the beer ran and ran and the sitdown indian meal was awful and bloody expensive. And the way my head is banging about inside right now, would suggest the world did come to an end.....
Parksy did you listen to this afternoon that knocked a few years of my life, having 2 brother in laws who are Blues fanatics just made the result even better.
The radio nearly went in the water feature after the first half Doog
Talk about right up to the wire,I wouldn't like another afternoon like that for a long time and in the end I was switching the sound between radio WM and Final Score.
My eldest son is a lifelong Bluenose, fizzy pop for him next season.
Whilst we are all Villans my brother in law is a die hard bluenose. We call his team the yo-yos .
How lucky was Mick Mc Carthy. I'm glad he stays up. The Baggies also did well. Good that the Midlands teams are still in the Premiership. Somehow Villa finished 9th whilst a few weeks ago we were looking at relegation. For sheer excitement a very entertaining season.
Down my local we are taking bets how long the new Chelsea manager will last whoever he or she is
I just hope that Mick buys a couple of good central defenders during the summer break. Hope that Gerard Houllier gets better soon (do they want him back?) and here's to a great next season of Midlands football if the world hasn't ended in the meantime.
