Evoque

Anyone towing with a Range Rover Evoque ? just wondering how they handle as I'm in the process of purchassing a new bailey pursuit 430-4 i believe i can tow up to 1800kg the bailey is around 1300kg.

We have had them at the Tow Car Awards, and towing wise, they're excellent (like the Freelander 2 and Discovery Sport), but let down in the practicality test due to a fairly small boot.

On a personal note, I once had one as a loan car when my own was in for service. All I will say is that towing a caravan improves the ride. If you're happy with on solo, then I think you'll be even happier towing.

Hello Marbles,
I know this was not part of your question, but it does occur to me that you will probably need to have entitlement "BE" on your licence as the combined MAM of the Evoke and the Bailey are likely to exceed 3500kg IF you passed your driving test after Jan 1997, then you will need to consider taking the B +E extension test.

Basically all LR products are excellent towcars. Reliability though was not always the best but seems to have improved greatly.
