Whilst in France in June our awning became damaged by the wind, such that the Kadar strip was detached at one end for approx 20 inches and the stiching on the air beams parted company, so to limit damage we took it down and managed without it. On return I e mailed Attwools in Gloucester, where we bought it and explained I would like it repaired, they arranged a carrier to collect it and shipped it back to Vango, and even though it was within the 2 year warranty period I expected to be charged.Vango returned it to us today, 8 days after collecting it, with a note saying repaired with compliments, I think they have used stronger thread than the original and I can't see the join on the repairs, so very happy with the serivice from both Attwools and Vango
