Family Parks in Weymouth for August Holidays

Hello all,

After visiting Weymouth for the day last year, we were delighted to discover what a great beach there is.

We normally stay in the New Forest, but would like to stay in/around Weymouth. It needs to be a good family park with two girls (11 and 8) to keep occupied, possibly serve good food and good beer of course.

We have stayed at East Fleet Farm Touring Park which is just outside of Weymouth (5 to 10 mins drive) This site is right adjacent to the SW Coast Path and has very good facilities especially in the new cabin block. There is also a nice bar, resturant and takeaway. There are good views of the "Fleet" and chesil Beach. Another big plus is the really top caravan and camping accessory shop. We were lucky with the weather and the site felt it was in the country but was also very close to Weymouth and Portland. We did one of the day trips to Guernsey on the Condor cats which was quite cheap and a great day out.

yes east fleet farm great also try naer swanage great little place and beach still in distance to get to weymouth

As already mentioned by James.S there is East Fleet and at the other end of Chisel Beach, West Fleet and Bagwell Farm. There is a courtesy Bus that takes you into Weymouth and costs around
