Just dawned on me - why do Tesco staff have to shout on the telephone? Isn't the internal phone system working very well? hehehe

Truth to tell, there is a problem with water on the exchange line. For some reason it causes some of the lines to spit and crackle and you can't here a damn thing. so you think the person on the other end can't hear. You end up screaming down the phone like and idiot and the person on the other end thinks you have gone insane! LOL
