Fixed Bunks and kids that Roll in the night!!!!

HI

Any advice on our to stop our 1 yr old from rolling out of the bottom bunk in our Ranger 550/6, we used a Tomy bed guard on the old van but we feel this won't be successfull in the Bailey, We have also thought about a cargo net across the open part to prevent bumps in the night, any advice would be appriciated.

Try Velcro pyjamas. ;O)

Hi John,

We use a 'My First Readybed' for our 2 year old in a Bailey Ranger 470/4. Basically it's an inflatable mattress and pillow that's enclosed in a cover and thin duvet. They're available in various children's character designs e.g. Noddy. Places like Amazon and Argos sell them.

In the Ranger, we make up the bed on the dinette but remove all of the seating cushions. The Readybed fits snugly between the raised corners of the seats and the wall of the van and stops the little one from rolling out.
