Flojet Water Pump - Problem

Hi there, because we are new to the caravan world I thought I'd ask the pro's on here.

When we turn in the water system it is very noisey and pulses quite loudly is this normal?

Pressure seems ok maybe a bit low.

The other night when using the shower, after the pump had stopped topping up. I noticed a rapid clicking noise and the pump symbol was flashing on the control unit. It sounds like a relay chattering but when I disconnect the pump it stops? It's now there the minute I turn the pump on.

Can anyone help out?

Oh yeah and there is a drip of water appearing under the pump I can only presume this is the pressure switch.

It seems that the pressure switch casing may be cracked: this would make the pump run intermittently. It's quite an easy job to replace it; I changed one on site in France. Drain down the water and then be sure to place a towel or similar beneath the pump before disconnecting the pipework. Also look out for small parts when removing the pressure switch.
