Flush tank leakage

Hi, I have a 2016 Xplore 574. Recently it was noticed that the side wall where the toilet is attached and flush water cistern is located developed a large area of pink water stain on the panel.
Is it possible for the flush tank to leak pink water ( solution added) out of it and seep in to the wall panel.
We have not had anything leaked down the wall internally from the vanity unit for eg,
The panel now shows high damp readings.

I'm no expert but I think the lining paper of the caravan is made to show pink staining when there's a damp problem. When we had a slight damp problem around the front window the lining paper turned pink and I'm sure when I asked the technician he said that was the indicator of damp.

Co-incidentley this was on an Elddis Xplore but the 304 model.
