Nigel I took out a subscription to your mag with the promis that I would get 3 copies free and then could cancel at anytime without charge or further charge, so far I have recieved no magazines and yet haymarket has taken money from my account. not happy

As Colin mentioned, Nigel has moved to pastures new and his replacement hasn't yet been announced as far as I'm aware.
You could contact Haymarket by clicking on the Contact Us link which is in red text at the bottom of the forum page.
According to this information about subscriptions your first copy of the magazine could take up to six weeks after you paid for the subscription.
