Forgot to empty toilet flush water.

Hi
Apologies if this has already been discussed here but I couldn't find it. I've just realised I forgot to empty our toilet flush water when we put our caravan into storage. Emptied washing and drinking water of course. No frost yet so still time to remedy the problem. I am not being lazy, but I wondered if the pink additive acts as an anti freeze? And if so, to what temperature? I will get around to it, but what priority to give it?

Cheers

Nice to know I'm not alone,,,I too forgot to do this and contacted the manufacturer of the "pink" additive and have been given a long explanation,,

the short answer given by WoodlandsCamper was in it somewhere.

Just another of those mistakes that people make and no harm done. I do drain the water out before leaving the sites this time of year and if you do the other bits the flush tank sort of follows or at least it has so far.

Not only does it freeze but pumps have been damaged during winter lay up,Interestingly enough this begs the questio of why travel with water in the flush tank anyway .

I usually leave a little bit in there in case youngest daughter needs a wee, which is not an uncommon occurrence but is becoming less frequent as she gets older.

We have our toilet flush tank about half full when travelling , just in case, on the way homebound put Green in , so it can go down the home loo.
