Many Thanks to Admin who have been working on resolving this and keeping us in the loop.
Latest update from Chris:

In addition to what Steve noted regarding options to regaining access, the underlying issues have been worked on and things should start returning back to normal and hopefully will no longer be a problem going forward.

That said, anyone that is currently still stuck (and doesn’t want or can’t use the alternative methods Steve mentioned) just needs to wait a little bit longer. The blocking has a time limit on it varying upon when you were blocked and it will expire, as we’ve seen with accounts previously blocked now once again regaining access. With the underlying issues addressed, most should expire in the next 24 hours if not expired already.

I apologize for the issues this has caused, but it was an unintended consequence of doing something for the greater good.

The interim options from Steve he refers to:

If you're blocked, it's due to your IP address, so if restarting your modem/router will assign a different IP address, please try that.
If you have a VPN, using that will also circumvent these issues.

Hope this helps
Mel
Sadly you can't see that advice if you're blocked !

No, you can’t but hopefully it has resolved itself and you are in?
Mel
Yes, I'm in now - but any others still blocked by the same issue may not know that rebooting the router AND clearing cookies/cache will likely clear the issue - perhaps a note on the Practical Caravan magazine website in the Forum link would be helpful as that link doesn't work if the block is in place.

Switching off the router is a pretty standard thing to do if a system is misbehaving. Most diagnostic tests lead you in that direction. Plus clearing caches periodically is a good discipline.

Rebooting the router, clearing cookies etc didn't work for me, just had to wait for about another week after doing all that, eventually it is all working again for me.

My internet searches for tips to resolve the issue didn't include rebooting the router - so maybe not that standard.

By coincidence I started losing access to many other web sites. It was random - sometimes I could get there other times not.

I tried different browsers but all had the same problem.

I tracked the problem down to a setting in my browsers that uses DNS over Https using Cloud fare. It's complicated but look it up if you want. Basically when you put in the web address you want to go to it gets encrypted which makes it harder to get redirected by mischievous agents.

There were a couple of settings related to this and I had been using the Max Protection setting for ages. Now I had to drop this down one level to just Increased Protection, still using Cloudfare, to get rid of the problem.

There seems little difference between the two settings.... except one works and the other doesn't.

Nor me I tried and kept getting this on it but now i am taking it day by day
