We need some advice. Having decided to take the leap over the channel next year, we find that with all the experience we can muster between us, none of us know a decent site over there. So, is there anyone out there that can take pity (and ok, the mick, if you have to) and enlighten us with your wisdom?

We are looking for a site that's convenient for Disney, but don't mind an hour or two travels to get there. There will be small children and a lot of large children who need entertainment and facilities on site. There's no substitution for experience and we will listen to it all, but even if you have just heard of a great place, that would be welcome too.

Hi Lol

Know just the site that wuld suit you.La Croix du Vieux Pont at Berney Rivierewww.la-croix-du-vieux-pont.com. About an hour from Paris and Euro Disney and they do coach trips to both which is fantastic after a tiring day out not having to do the drive home. The site has everything and all in excellant condition and well kept. Would certainly suit you as a mixed age group party.

Its not difficult finding decent sites anywhere in France. Weve been going years and cann't recall one we wouldn't go back to. Read your Alan Rogers, look them up on the web and go for it.

Have a great time.

Thanks David, this does look a very promising site. In fact it has just about everything we need, don't suppose you know the output of the hookups do you?

Hi Lol

Sorry no. We didn't have a problem which makes me think it was more than the 3 amps we had in Spain which did give us big problems. We ran fridge, water heater, low volt kettleand heater on occasions without difficulty if thats any help. The pitch we had was equiped with services for two vans and was massive.
