Freezer.....

....Does anyone use a small freezer in their 'van? the freezer compartment in our fridge isn't really big enough when we're in the sth of France. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Some campsites rent freezers.

Or you could look at the waeco cf or ck series?

Hi look at the Kampa range I have a Kampa which you can use as a Fridge or as a Freezer they do variouse sizes I have the 26 ltr I use it as a Freezer when in france and it works off 12v or 240v its is great.

Worth looking at the Engel range. Expensive but I think they're worth it. I use a 45 litre unit which can function as either a fridge or a freezer. Ruuns on 12v (properly - unlike thermo coolers) or 240v. Usually gets left in the back of my Discovery although could easily fit in a caravan or awning.
