Hi, I just found these countries use clip-on regulator with bottle, but my caravan uses 30 mB regulator. I can not use two regulators together. Can I get adaptors or screw-on bottle there to use in my caravan? or any solution?

In essence yes, but to get you specific advise which continental bottle have you got in mind using?
My 27mm Gaslight adaptor directly fitted one of the French LeCube bottles, that was back in 2017.

The adaptor that married to the pig tail is like this LINK, important with the LeCube was the elevated take off featured here.

Your initial bottle contract comes [ or came] with a regulator, that you don't require.

Thanks! Can I get such an adaptor or valve there?

On that I can't help you, but Google might. I had mine for our Gaslight bottles here in the UK, and had known that with the higher outlet it was LeCube compatible.

Can I use butane instead of propane on caravan?

Absolutely and it is "better" in holding more "energy" and typically cheaper, but with a very important proviso.
It does not boil off anywhere as readily as propane, the real life ramifications of that being its use below 6C begins to be "difficult", and below 0C, totally impractical. So as long as your going in summer and not to cold high altitude locations is viable.
I quite frequently have used butane in the summer, its cheaper.

Standard 30 mb is okay for propane or butane. Caravans have standardised on 30 mb for 20 years now.
Yes, you are right. I just found France propane gas bottle comes with 37 mb regulator, I thought it is adapter. My van bulkhead already has mounted regulator. So I need to find an adapter there for standard pigtail.

If your existing pig-tail is coupled with a threaded connection to your existing bottle's adaptor, then all you need to do is unscrew that and replace with an adaptor to suit the foreign bottle. If that's a LeCube its the one I had linked to. It is all but certain the coupling thread the various bottle adaptors to a European sourced pig-tail are threaded W20, note its left hand threaded.

The regulator that you ought to receive when contracting to rent the foreign bottle, you just put in your "useful" bits box. You must not use two regulators in the same feed. [well definitely not in this particular case]. You continue using your existing regulator, only.
