If any fuse keeps blowing there has to be a fault in the circuit that it feeds. Unusual for a led, but bulbs can fail and cause a short. First try isolating the spot lights and seeing if the fuse still blows. In this way, you may find a culprit.
How old is the caravan? If bought new, then warranty may still apply? As said very unusual for LEDs to blow a fuse. I don't think that the lights or cooker ignition draw a high current? It is possible that the toilet flush i.e. the pump is the culprit and if so that is would still be under warranty on a new caravan.
