Gas hose connecter/adaptors

Hi

I have a cadac which has a pipe terminating in the connector to fit this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MOTORHOME-CARAVAN-GAS-SUPPLY-POINT-BBQS-COOKERS-/270744841453?pt=UK_Campervan_Caravan_Accessories&hash=item3f09a66ced.

What I want to be able to do is connect it either to the bbq point on the caravan or directly to the gas bottle for use in the garden.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to engineer the plumbing necessary to do this without having to undo jubilee clips etc? Is there such a thing as a snap connecter such as used on airline hoses into which a separate tail for each application could be quickly snapped in?

Many thanks

Dave

Yep this is what you want.

make sure you have the the connector the correct way around ie the female part on the gas side not end device.
I have these fitted on my cadac and patio heater so easy to move the bottle around.

I use a regulator from BES on a propane bottle at home http://www.bes.co.uk/products/060.asp Then add a threaded quick release fitting using a 3/8 to 1/4 reducing bush http://www.bes.co.uk/product/70~LPG~1750~1750~1-4---BSP-M-x-10-mm-O-D--Quick-Release-Nozzle-.html I am currently making a double one to have 2 quick release fittings to run a Cadac and a 182 Cadac stove together.I'll try my luck at posting some pics see how big a mess I can make of that lol
